update

Everything is going well in our lives today.

I love my new job, it keeps me busy all day. I haven't had much to blog about so I haven't.. everything is great with Audrey and the buddies as well.

We went to the beach for the first time with the element. We brought the board on the roof, but there weren't any waves..








The first Pickles turned out amazing, There are only 2 left so we started some cauliflower and I am excited to see how these turn out.

Updates on life

So we bought a new Element.. it is amazing, no more worrying about the jetta breaking down any more. I will miss the zoom zoom-ness of the jetta, but that is it. Audrey loves driving it, and I am listening the XMU on XM radio a lot.



We received a pickler for Christmas, and I started making pickles in it. I put the in two days ago, so I have 2 days left. I added 2 tablespoons of grey sea salt to 4 cups of water along with 2 cutup jalapeños, two cloves of garlic, a half onion diced, and some dill seed... oh and pickling cucumbers. We are excited to see what happens. If it works well with pickles, we will try cauliflower..








Lastly, we went to our friends', Rocky and Jessica, house last night to see their new baby boy.. Thatcher. He is such a cute kid, and he doesn't cry that often apparently. I didn't hear him even whine for the whole 3 hours we were there. He was awake half the time too... He was born on the 26th on December.
